Gregg Schneider - Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
My primary current focus is on appraising commercial and multi-family properties in the Northern Puget Sound region, including within Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan, and northern Snohomish counties.
I was born and raised in north Seattle and moved to Bellingham in 1991. My previous work experience includes nine years for a Bellevue-based mortgage company as the national underwriting manager. Since 1998, as a Licensed General Real Estate Appraiser, I have appraised most types of real estate throughout Washington state.
My education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. I am an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and have successfully completed all of the upper-level education offerings from the Institute.
Professional affiliations include the Appraisal Institute, Commercial Brokers Association, and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
